Visa requirements
Prepare the following for your Japan application. Requirements can vary by visa type and applicant profile.
- Nigerian passport valid for the duration of your stay with 2 blank pages
- Completed Japan visa application form with one recent photograph (45mm x 45mm)
- Confirmed return flight itinerary
- Detailed day-by-day itinerary in Japan
- Proof of accommodation (hotel bookings) for the whole stay
- Bank statements for the last 6 months
- Proof of employment (introduction/leave letter), business (CAC), or studies
- Proof of sufficient funds for the trip
- Yellow fever vaccination certificate
- Visa fee payment
